James is a rockstar agent. He was 1) knowledgeable about the area 2) and excellent communicator 3) a good negotiator and 4) a problem solver. The bank wasn't ready to close on time and the delay threatened the transaction but he kept the seller appeased and held the deal together. Google needs a 6 star option for James.
